Drum Baptist Chapel's first services were 5/13/07.  God has given us a location that is central to Fort Drum's two most traveled gates.  In the nearby location there are over 1,000 new homes going up to meet the needs for the expansion of Fort Drum. It is our burden to reach the Fort Drum military community.  Fort Drum is the most deployed base in the United States Army.  It is also a warfare training base.  Every month Fort Drum has troops that give their lives in Irag & Afghanistan.  We don't have years to reach this group of people, we need to reach them now. The Military are not only welcome at our services, they are our honored guests.  We serve a home-cooked dinner each Sunday after the morning service for our single soldiers (Some special days this may not be possible).  We open our home to the single soldiers as a home away from home.  We love our military!!
