Some people collect stamps, I collect Independent Baptist Churches.
It is my goal to list every Church in America that is or says they are Independent Baptist. There are many denominational Baptist that
will not be found in this list.
Any church listed does not indicate an
endorsement of that ministry.
Some that list themselves in a telephone directory as Independent Baptist will be listed only to identify their denominational ties because they are not Independent Baptist. There are many beliefs out there that I do not follow. This list is to help you decide which ones to go to or not to go to!

Pastors, this is a survey for you from a pastor:
My name is Pastor Jerry W. Beaver of Victory Baptist Church in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
I need your help, I am working on a book, and if would take a few minutes to take a confidential survey, your input would be very helpful! This information will be used to formulate some ideals and perspectives for the book I am working on called, “If You Only Knew Me,” subtitled, “Seeing Your Pastor From a Different Perspective.” This book is going to be an advocate for the pastor who stands in the pulpit and ministers to the church with all of his heart. The book will share with the person in the pew the qualifications and true duties of the pastors, as well as some burdens and false expectations placed upon him. I am looking to poll at least one thousand pastors to draw a consensus of the the average pastor's life and ministry. My goal is for the parishioner to come out with more understanding, respect, and to have more grace for the man they call, "pastor."
This survey is anonymous and all answers are completely confidential. We do not collect any private information to identify you and your answers. Just click on this link and it will take you to the survey (Emal Pastor Beaver for the Link:
Thank you in advance,
Jerry W. Beaver

Is compiling an Internet listing of towns & cities in American needing an Independent Baptist Church. HE NEEDS YOUR HELP!
He is seeking to have a network (NOT A FELLOWSHIP) of Independent Baptist Pastors that could help Identify these needs.
Goal: A representative in each state, a representative in each county.
These would help to keep the database up to date and to Identify critical needs of a church plant, and if possible supply pulpit supply for church plants until a pastor can be called. It is a LARGE vision, but a GREAT vision.
If you can be a help, please contact Bro. Jones at the website above!

THIS IS A SECULAR NEWPAPER ARTICLE
FROM APRIL 11, 1920
Hemlines and clothing prices are rising throughout the nation. While the higher prices are decidedly unpopular, the new trend in women's fashions has been generally well received, perhaps because less fabric means more savings.
Women's hemlines are escalating so much lately that they are astonishingly nearer the knee than the ankle. Short is indeed the watchword for feminine apparel. The new abbreviation applies not only to hemlines but to sleeves as well. Fashionable shops are giving little alternative but to wear short or indeed no sleeves at all.
Unlike the full-figured French ideal, women in this country aspire to a lean, lithe look. And it is for this pared-down silhouette that the leading designers love to ply their craft. The long-waisted dress lends an air of supple grace to the newly slender American female form. Callot, the eminent Parisan designer, does this new style to perfection; some of her imported modes feature skirts that are full or pleated.
But if prices don't come down soon, few women will be buying anything new. There are reports that due to rising clothing prices calico frocks for women and blue denim for men will prove to be the most popular American fashions this spring.
How far we have gone in such a short amount of time. A sad commentary for the Christian!
